Michael C. DeBenedetto

Mr. DeBenedetto is an Associate at d’Arcambal Ousley & Cuyler Burk LLP. Mr. DeBenedetto has experience litigating general liability matters including the areas of premises liability; personal injury; transportation law; harassment, intimidation and bullying (HBI); environmental law and products liability. He is admitted to practice in the state courts of New Jersey and New York in addition to various federal courts including the District of New Jersey, Southern District of New York, Eastern District of New York and the U.S. Supreme Court. Prior to joining DO & CB, Mr. DeBenedetto worked for a large nationally recognized insurance defense firm and a mid-size regional defense firm litigating throughout New Jersey and New York. He is a graduate of St. John’s University and the St. John’s University School of Law where he completed the accelerated BA/JD law program. He was a recipient of the Daniel A. Furlong Award for Outstanding Service and Leadership to the law school. He was also published in the St. John’s Law Review Commentary.
