Ms. Min focuses her practice on insurance law, including life, health, and disability litigation and other insurance coverage litigation. She also represents corporate clients against claims including negligence and/or personal injury, premises liability, contracts, and toxic torts.
Ms. Min clerked for The Honorable Ana C. Viscomi, J.S.C. and The Honorable Marcia L. Silva, J.S.C. of the Superior Court of New Jersey, Middlesex County. Previously, she was a judicial extern to The Honorable Robert W. Gettleman, U.S.D.J., and The Honorable Harry D. Leinenweber, U.S.D.J., of the United States District Court, Northern District of Illinois. She was also a law clerk in the Enforcement Division of the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA), in Chicago, Illinois.
During law school, Ms. Min was an editor of the John Marshall Law Review and was a member of the Moot Court Honors Counsel. She was a recipient of the John Marshall Distinguished Scholarship and was awarded the Dean F. Herzog Scholar Award.
