Mr. Konecke focuses his practice on tort defense litigation and products liability; life, health, and disability litigation; and other insurance coverage litigation. He practices in State and Federal Courts throughout New Jersey and Pennsylvania.
Mr. Konecke has successfully defended various individuals and businesses in litigation involving construction defects, products liability, premises liability, general liability, automobile accidents and commercial transactions. He has also represented insurers in state and federal courts throughout the country in first party and third-party coverage litigation, including property damage claims under commercial and homeowners’ policies; underground storage tank claims under business liability and homeowners’ policies; coverage disputes involving environmental pollution under the New Jersey Spill Compensation and Control Act and Comprehensive Environmental Response, Compensation, and Liability Act of 1980; asbestos, silica, and coal dust claims; toxic tort; and other significant claims. Mr. Konecke graduated magna cum laude from Misericordia University in 1992 with a B.A. in History/Pre-Law. He received his J.D. from Seton Hall University School of Law in 1995 where he was an Articles Editor for the Constitutional Law Journal.
Affiliations and Activities
Mr. Konecke has been a member of the Forks Township Planning Commission for over 10 years and currently serves as Vice-Chairman.
