Ms. Connolly has extensive domestic and international experience as an attorney, policy analyst, and program manager and has worked closely with the United Nations to develop and implement administrative and legal reform policy. Ms. Connolly began her legal career with Wright & Manning, where Ms. Connolly participated in all aspects of the Firm’s litigation practice, with a concentration on securities and environmental criminal defense, contracts, and landlord-tenant.
Ms. Connolly spent eleven years abroad working for the United Nations and other international organizations as a policy analyst and program manager, including advancing and developing legal institutions and analyzing and providing policy advice on various humanitarian refugee matters. Ms. Connolly also has legal academic experience, having developed courses for and taught in a West Bank University Masters of Law Program and managed a judicial education program for the Palestinian Authority Ministry of Justice.

Rescinding A Disability Policy-d’Arcambal and Connolly, 2019. A disability policy can be rescinded after the two year contestability period if there is clear and convincing evidence that the insured made a material misrepresentation , with the intent to defraud, on the claim for disability.
