Mr. Petrou has been affiliated with Cuyler Burk since its formation in November 1987. Mr. Petrou’s principal practice areas include insurance law, employment law, and commercial litigation. In addition, Mr. Petrou’s representation of corporate clients in other disputed and transactional matters has extended to commercial landlord-tenant, domestic and international distributor agreements, consulting agreements, franchise agreements, small business acquisitions, products liability, foreclosure, intellectual property, and trademark infringement. Mr. Petrou began his career as the judicial clerk to the Honorable Leo Yanoff.
